We represent a number of stakeholders who want to revitalize the Fourth Plain Corridor, and see BRT as the catalyst for that change. We support C-TRAN building the BRT line within existing resources, including using C-TRAN's capital reserve fund for the match of federal funds, without raising taxes. We also support C-TRAN reinvesting the $900,000 annual cost savings with the BRT line into other routes in C-TRAN's system, further reducing the need for future tax increases. We have registered through the Washington Public Disclosure Commission as a Political Committee.
